As everyone is well aware by now inflation is causing prices of everything from food to fuel to construction materials and even baby food to be going up. In addition, "supply chain issues" are causing delays and even shortages of all things, including food products. Therefore, we hereby advise our clients, and specifically reserve the unlimited right to change menu items and pricing without notice based on all of the above issues that are beyond our control.
As such, the menu items listed below are items that we "try" to keep on hand but we make no promise or guarantee that we will have all of these items at any given time and it is all subject to change at any time and without notice.
Our regular menu items feature our "famous" Chicken Fried Steak hand breaded here in our own kitchen with special seasonings and served as either a "Single Shot" or "Double Barrel" for the really hungry cowboys.
Specials ~ We do keep an eye out for items that are: 1 - available and, 2 - reasonably priced, that we can run as "specials" that we used to keep on hand all the time. These items may include steaks, pork chops, pork loins, various seafood, etc. We will post these on our board when they are available.

Burgers, Sandwiches and Wraps ~
All of our burgers are BIG half pound patties cooked to "medium" unless otherwise requested and served with french fries. Substitute onion rings or sweet potato fries for additional charge.
Mushroom, Bacon and Swiss Burger ~ with grilled onion.
Tex-Mex burger ~ with guacamole, jalapenos and pepper jack cheese.
Classic Cheeseburger ~ made your way.
Quesadilla ~ your choice of grilled chicken or beef, with onion and pepper in a flour tortillia.
Club Sandwich ~ boasts layers of turkey, ham, bacon, Swiss and American cheeses on wheat or white bread.
Reuben sandwich ~ served with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and 1000 Island dressing on marble rye bread.
Chicken Sandwich ~ your choice of grilled or crispy chicken served on sourdough or wheat.
Chicken Salad Sandwich ~ homemade here in our kitchen, and served on a croissant.
Turkey BLT ~ with Swiss cheese and your choice of a wrap, wheat or sourdough bread.
Entrees ~
All of our entrees are served with your choice of real mashed potatoes, French fries, or baked potato and veggie of the day or side salad.

Grilled Chicken Breast ~ is a butterflied chicken breast seasoned and grilled.
Chicken Tenders ~ are served as 3 big boneless pieces served with country gravy.
Desserts ~ Our desserts are so special that we have dedicated an entire page on this website to them. Most of our desserts are homemade right here in our kitchen. Sometimes they vary in availability so it is always a surprise to find what might be available at a given time.
